I had a Warmoth 24.75" conversion neck in a tele a while back. It played and sounded great. I had to sell it to pay some bills, but I wouldn't hesitate doing it again. Next time around whenever that is, I may go with a USA Custom Guitars 25" scale neck to get just a little more tension.

Mighty Mite necks are just really good. They look like a Fender neck and are of a very high quality. These just look right on your Telecaster. And they perform great as well. This is a superb neck. 21 frets in a vintage style fret with a 9.5 radius. With the nice more modern C neck shape it really is the perfect neck for looks and for playability.

It’s a vintage tint gloss finish, and I had a local workshop do the matching headstock. I’m not sure how they pull it off but Warmoth offer conversion necks that change a guitar designed for 25.5” scale length to the Gibson 24.75”.
